Career History: Bill started as a Volunteer Firefighter at Cotati Fire District, was later promoted to Engineer, then Lieutenant. He became a full-time employee in 1990 as a Dispatcher/Engineer and in 1993 when Rancho Adobe was formed, Bill was promoted to the position of Captain.
Hobbies: Bill is a hard-core CrossFit athlete, cycles and participates in Spartan and Tough Mudder races.

Educational Background: Jimmy attended San Rafael High School and then graduated from the fire academy at Santa Rosa Junior College. He’s a California certified Prevention Specialist, Fire Officer and Fire Instructor.
Career History: Jimmy started with Rancho Adobe as a volunteer in 2003. He became a part-time firefighter in 2005 and was promoted to an Engineer in 2007. Jimmy then promoted to Captain in October 2012 and became the RAFD Local 1401 President in January 2017.
Special Projects: Jimmy is a CPR instructor, scheduling coordinator for full-time personnel, Illness Prevention Preparedness Program coordinator, department personnel pictures coordinator and social media coordinator.
Hobbies: Jimmy’s hobbies include being the peewee t-ball assistant coach for his son’s baseball team, he’s a saltwater reef breeder and also enjoys construction and home improvement projects.

Educational Background: Tim holds a fire technology certification from Santa Rosa Junior College. He is working on finishing his Associates Degree and continuing to attain his Bachelor’s Degree in Business as well as his California State Fire Marshal Training.
Career History: Tim started in the fire service as a volunteer firefighter with Wilmar Volunteer Fire Department in 1997. He also served as a firefighter with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection from 1999-2004. Tim has also served as a volunteer firefighter with Cloverdale Fire Protection District and a part-time engineer from 2009-2011 at the Russian River Fire Protection District. Tim was hired on full-time as an engineer in 2004 and then promoted to Captain in 2011 at Rancho Adobe.
Special Projects: Tim serves as the SRJC internship coordinator, Training Cadre instructor, fire mechanic for Fleet Maintenance and performs grant writing.
Hobbies: Tim enjoys sports, hiking, camping, fishing and time out on a boat on the water.
