For fire plan submittals within the City of Cotati, please fill out the application below and return to the Rancho Adobe Fire Protection District along with fees or deposits.

Plan review and inspection fees and deposits must be paid prior to submitting plans to the City of Cotati. Plans will not be approved or released until the fee is paid.

Once fees are paid, plans should be delivered to the City of Cotati Building Department located at 201 W. Sierra Ave., along with a copy of the receipt from the Rancho Adobe Fire District.

Fees can be paid in person, Tuesday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Penngrove Fire Station, 11000 Main Street, Penngrove. If you have an invoice number, you can also pay through our website:
